    It is a good thing to be with friends and family
    as much as possible after a break up.
    It's a way of releasing emotion hilak
    and receive support from trusted people..

    Do not expect to get over the relationship quickly.
    You may need weeks or months to get over a break up,
    depending on how important the relationship was to you..

    Take good care of yourself..
    Get adequate rest, eat properly, and exercise    .

    So far, sako mga na'experience na break-ups,
    mao jud na ako ginabuhat!!
    becoz I AM SURVIVOR!!

    nobody died because of break up except for those who are suicidal...those who are willing to move on will really survive one way or another.

    I CAN SURVIVE A BREAK-UP by:

    *going out with friends...playing sports
    *reading books
    *watching movies
    *work....work ....work
    *work
    *work
    *exercising is also a good thing to keep yourself fit...

    PS.
    Dont get drunk, when you feel bad..it really wont help.

    i like this one....og katong donut thing...

    pero ang ako ginabuhat if after break up...

    magbakasyon...gusto kaayo nako ni...just to forgot the usual routine tong ginalaagan namo, favorite hang outs...

    tong time na dili ko kabakasyon kay start na class...nagbanda ko...stress reliever sobra...where you can shout live, say shit on the stage...weeeeeeeeew...expression tru music...

    solo mode, realizing how worthy i am and telling myself na this things cant be too good if buhaton nako ni paulit ulit...kaadikan na na...

    and always ask God's guidance...

    og ayaw kaulaw muhilak sa inyo mama or papa...

    they know so much how to comfort us...we just need someone to talk to...

    ayaw pag inom...gasto lang tapos ulaw kaayo muhilak hilak na hubog tapos muska pa jud yuckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk lol! lol! lol!

    Just meditate... hehe Involve yourself into some activities which you can release your feelings, emotions, stress, etc... Labay2x plato sa bungbong! lol pagawas ang kasuko... Anyway, here it is... Don't take all the blame... So many times when it doesn't work out we are quick to blame ourselves. Just remember their are two of you in that relationship and most times it's your side, their side, and somewhere in the middle is the truth...tsk!

    Take one day at a time. Your heart needs to heal, you need to learn and grow from this experience, and most of all you need gain the wisdom from this lesson. We all have those built in radars that most times we ignore...;) Learn to listen and you will avoid a lot of heartaches!     lol! ngisi
