Well, a Sorry is the simplest word to say but because of pride o ego ng isang tao mahirap itong sabihin. We sometimes think "why should I say I'm Sorry it's not my fault" 
but sometimes saying I'm sorry making just simple accepting things na kasalan mo if it really your fault pero kng ibang tao I guess you have to talk to the person.

I think it is just because of being selfish to others as well as to yourself... There are really some of us who are afraid of this 5-letter word... They can't just accept the fact that they have committed such mistake... Parang ang bigat na for them to say sorry to someone na nasaktan nila... whew!

Sometimes mahirap para sa ibang tao magsorry sa'yo kasi in the first place you never said the word "Sorry din sa ibang tao". Kung ibang tao may kasalan sa'yo if that's the case try to talk to the person yana, kng di nya kayang sabihin try mo magapakumbaba.

Anyway, tnx Candzy sa advice... Yeah, actually I'm the only one who's trying to reach Him if ako 'yong may kasalanan tlga and vice versa lng... give and take lng kami... but, I admit na most of the time, siya tlga 'yong umiintindi... wahehe

yah true, a simple word but requires the heftiest word to surrender, ur ego.
but if you put it into practice dali lang man, i don't mean juz simply saying "churi" (kai pila rai paglitok og sori) but you must consider that it's ol ur fault even dli pa ikaw ang sad-an...
cuz for me, admittance takes out heavy feelings of saying sori.

'Coz some are afraid of the consequences... Yeah, 'coz of ur pride, it seems so hard for you to say sorry to someone... though sabihin natin na best of friends kayo, dili na jud mawala ang sakit na nabuhat nimo... labi na if dako jud imong sala... maskin pila pa ka-sorry imong iingon, maskin muluhod pa ka sa iyang atubangan, ug maskin gipasaylo na ka niya, cguro ok na mo pro dili na jud mawala ug ana kadali ang sakit... Saying sorry will not get back the trust of someone that easy... You have to prove again yourself... It's just a cycle... So, the lesson is, before uttering the 5-letter word "SORRY", just prepare for the consequences and mean it! Kahit masaktan ka man, just go on and prove yourself to that person that you are worth of his/her forgiveness...^_^

Difficult man magsabi ng sorry sa mga taong egocentric individuals. Yang matataas ang ID! hehe. Also, human's perception towards apologizing degrades it's individuality which i believe is not.

Okay lang man musulti ug SORRY. its better to say that word para marelieve ka sa imong mga sala na gipanghimo. Dapat lang gyud, ibaba ang pride ug be sincere to say sorry diba... yun lang bow!
