    We all know what anger is, and we've all felt it: whether as a fleeting annoyance or as full-fledged rage right??!

    Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion... But when it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems—problems at work, in your personal relationships, and in the overall quality of your life... And it can make you feel as though you're at the mercy of an unpredictable and powerful emotion...

    Well, for me... I use my anger to fuel powerful effective action to make the world a better place... char! hehe

    So guys, let me hear something from you about how you manage your anger... go go go! wahehe

    Aq, I got my own style kng baga "kng di ka makuha sa santong dasalan sa santong paspasan" as much as possible I have to control my anger I have to understand each situation tanang impossible himuon para to minimize and manage things... but kng mapuno nq, for sure kurog jud sila tanan ngisi

    there are advantages and disadvantages
    mas madali kang malapitan ng ibang tao, mas lalo kang inaabuso din. pero when you got into anger mas dali mo mapasunod yung mga tao under you kasi bihira k lng nagagalit mas madali mo din silang ma convince na sumunod sayo pero kaso lng mas inaabuso ka nila. and they tend to hurt you kasi nga mas paxensyado ka...

    @ Candzy: You have a point there dai Candzy... ^_^

    It is just that you have to manage yourself first for you to have a good relationship to others... Mahirap na rin 'yong basta2x ka n lng nagpapalabas ng galit or emotions mo dba?! Just think, think, and think first, have some deep breathing exercises, before doing anything pra each one of you will not be misunderstood by anyone...

    when i'm really really angry i refuse to speak... murag mas maayo pa muhilom ko kaysa mustorya ko kay LABAW NGA DELIKADO. I am normally an outgoing person...dali ra makisama pro gani ug magsuko na padaplin daan kay na...lahi ra sad....

    I've seen how bad it was when i let my temper flew...dli jud nindot ay.

    Another diversion nako pag masuko...foodtrip alone.

    But sometimes it's better to speak out all your emotions deep inside for you to have a lighter heart... by this point of time, other people are of most important 'sandalan'... but you have to choose the real ones first...whew!

    sumthin im proud na rin of myself now is i manage 2 control na my anger most of da tym..ano lng knang murag masuko njud ka, lingawa imu sarili.
    ginaisip nko na bka naga overreact lng ko sa situation..na it's not dat big deal and all dat hehe..or just cry & sleep nlng

    It's hard for me to handle anger, I am the type of a person that throws things out, kumbaga mag-"freak-out" jud ko labi na sa amoang balay, mangita jud ko ug something or someone na mabugahan nako sa akong kalagot... tas pag masuko ko kay dili ko kapugong sa akong baba nga magpagawas ug bad words (pero isa lang "bullshit" lang wa nay lain! hehehe! li na man nako malitok tong mga bug-at nga mga pamalikas!). But now, when I get into the point of hitting the limit I choose to be silent. Kay para la na gubot, pero usahay lang kay dili ko kapugong moyaw2 jud ko... labi na kung hapit na akong monthly period! nah, isog daw kau ko... ahahaha! dali ra ko saputon. Ambot ngano!

    We all feel angry at times,
    and we all know angry people
    who are very hard to live with!
    Anger is generally not a comfortable emotion,
    but it is a normal, healthy emotion..
    We often get angry after we feel hurt or vulnerable.
    Anger gives us some power to strike back!
    When hurt or vulnerability becomes anger
    we don't feel as helpless.
    Anger helps us respond to threats..
    It allow us to lash out and
    to defend ourselves
    when we are attacked..

    Anger becomes a problem when we act
    on the anger in ways that are destructive to others..
    While it is natural to strike out when we feel angry,
    this striking out involves a choice to act on the anger..
    There are several ways to manage problematic anger..

    am used to let "my kaaway" do all the talking..kinsa rai kapuyon...
    naanad man gud ko tung-una, elem days, sa akong igsuon na pagmag-away wai yawyaway. sumbagay deretso, karatihai 4short bun-oganai...hahaha

    my other way of releasing tension is hilak..hilum jud perme..
    i'l wait til the situation is calm dra pa ko moistorya...
    no ways ko for retaliation...reminders og pangunxenxa lng ko kutob...

    kuan pod tong una..isuroi lng nako..pabugnaw sa utok..tambai sa malls, labi na sa mall na naa akong auntie...
